Suppliers are expected to comply with all local, national, and international laws relevant to their operations, taxation, trade, and environmental responsibilities.

Labour

Human Rights & Fair Employment

We support responsible employment. Suppliers must prohibit child or forced labour, prevent discrimination, and maintain lawful employment practices with fair wages.

Safety

Health, Safety & Well-Being

Suppliers are responsible for maintaining safe and healthy working environments. This includes hazard identification, risk management, and mandatory safety training for all personnel.

Sustainability

Environmental Responsibility

We encourage suppliers to minimize environmental impacts through waste reduction, energy efficiency, and pollution prevention in accordance with global regulations.

Confidentiality

Confidentiality & Information Security

Confidential UIT information must be used only for authorized business purposes. Suppliers must maintain appropriate security controls to prevent unauthorized data disclosure.

Quality

Quality & Service Expectations

We expect consistent delivery of products and services that meet agreed specifications, technical standards, and contractual timelines.

Integrity

Anti-Bribery & Conflict of Interest

Suppliers must operate free from corruption. Gifts or payments intended to improperly influence business decisions are strictly prohibited.

Suppliers may be requested to demonstrate compliance with this Code. We value partners who actively pursue innovation and operational excellence.
