The scope is strictly determined by the mutually agreed proposal or contract. Any modifications requested after project commencement may require revised timelines and pricing.

Service Requests

Clients may request services via our website, email, or official telephone channels. Submission of an enquiry does not automatically create a contractual relationship.

Our team may conduct site assessments or technical evaluations before preparing a formal quotation. Scheduling remains subject to resource availability and mutual confirmation.

Quotations & Commercial Proposals

All quotations are prepared based on available information at the time of evaluation. Pricing may vary if the project scope changes.

• Quotations are subject to review and acceptance.
• Additional work requires revised commercial approval.
• Quotations remain valid only for the specified period.

Client Responsibilities

Successful execution depends on timely cooperation. Clients are responsible for providing accurate project information and granting safe, timely access to project sites.

Delays resulting from incomplete information or unavailable access may affect project schedules and resource allocation.

Project Execution

While we strive to deliver within estimated schedules, factors beyond our control—such as weather, material availability, or regulatory approvals—may affect execution.

Where delays occur, reasonable efforts will be made to communicate revised schedules and minimize disruption to the client's operations.

Changes to Scope

Requests for modifications or additional work will be reviewed for technical feasibility and commercial impact.

Revised quotations and updated timelines may be issued. No additional work will be considered part of the original agreement unless confirmed by both parties.

Payment Terms

Payments are governed by the specific quotation or contract. Delayed payments may affect project scheduling or continuation of services.

Any payment-related disputes should be communicated promptly for professional review and resolution.

Warranties & Service Limitations

We deliver services using appropriate technical expertise and industry practices. However, performance may depend on existing infrastructure or third-party installations beyond our control.

No additional warranties are implied beyond those specifically required under applicable law or formal contractual agreements.

Suspension or Termination

UIT reserves the right to suspend services due to non-payment, safety concerns, or breach of contractual obligations.

Completed work and outstanding commercial obligations remain subject to the agreed contractual conditions upon termination.

Governing Law

These Service Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the applicable laws of India.

Any disputes shall be addressed through mutual discussion or the appropriate courts having legal authority.
